ONLINE ONE-ON-ONE / GROUP SESSIONS

ONE-ON-ONE: We meet live online for One-On-One sessions, developed for your specific needs, to build and maintain a regular yoga practice. We will keep your practice going on a weekly basis (regularity is up to your wishes) and/or develop it to the next level. I will mentor you and keep you motivated.

GROUPS: Get a group together and have a more social intend for your weekly Yoga session. I will be your live online guide and can guarantee that you will have fun, feel centered and strong afterwards. The Group Sessions can be once a week, twice a week, every 2 weeks, or once a month. It’s up to you and your friends. 

WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS (online and in person)

WORKSHOPS: Beginners, intermediate, advanced. Ashtanga Yoga. Mindful Movement. Mindfulness. Meditation. These are all topics I offer in a workshop format. If you have a group of friends and would like to learn more about a specific topic, we can meet online and discover all about it. The format usually starts with Yoga combined with Mindfulness and then we dive into the topic of the day and have an interactive session through q&a and lots of exploring.
